Back up . . . yesterday, I went out on my front porch and discovered that my neighbors had new decorations hanging from their balcony railing--SAUSAGES!!! In a very papparazzi/stalker-like maneuver, I grabbed my camera with the ultra-zoom to get you this documentation.
It really was a curious display, but not nearly as surprising the display as when I opened my mini-blinds this morning to discover my neighbor on the porch STARK NAKED . . . checking on the sausages.
Holy cow, I live in another WORLD.
